What is included

- Laying, thresholds and door trims included
- Skirting boards and finish: oil, varnish or hardwax oil
Good to know
Over underfloor heating, glued-down engineered wood is the usual choice: it conducts heat better and moves less. Solid wood can be sanded many times over, it is a floor for a lifetime.
In a home more than two years old, laying a floor is generally invoiced at 10% VAT.
